MAKE BETTER DECISIONS
Less guesswork. More clarity.
Turn scattered marketing data into a clearer picture of what matters for your business.
Let's talk about your growthAnalytics & Tracking
A clear purpose.
A practical advantage.
Marketing analytics connects website activity and campaign data with the decisions a business needs to make. Tracking records specific actions, such as enquiries or purchases, while reporting helps interpret those signals. A useful setup starts with clear questions and sensible event definitions, not with collecting every possible interaction or displaying a dashboard full of unrelated numbers.
Why it matters for growth
Without reliable measurement, a business can overvalue easy-to-count activity and miss what actually supports growth. Duplicate events, missing consent signals, or an incorrect conversion definition can distort campaign reports. Better foundations help you understand which channels contribute, where a customer journey becomes difficult, and which changes deserve further testing. They also make the limits of the available data easier to explain.
What we can do for you
300 Ducks can provide Google Analytics 4 planning and configuration, Google Tag Manager setup and audits, conversion tracking, reporting dashboards, marketing attribution reviews, and data-driven optimization. We assess existing tags before adding new ones and distinguish a tag being installed from an event being validated or a conversion action being configured. Advertising-platform tracking requirements are reviewed individually rather than treated as interchangeable.
- Define conversions that reflect real outcomes
- Identify missing or duplicated tracking events
- Understand reporting limits and channel context
- Prioritize improvements using meaningful evidence
Strategy & process
Considered from the start.
Improved as we go.
We start by agreeing what a conversion means in your business. A click on an email link, for example, is not the same as a received enquiry and should not be reported as one. Implementation is checked against actual behavior, including mobile journeys and third-party destinations. Reporting then combines useful measures with context about consent, browser restrictions, and sales cycles. Attribution can help compare channels, but no model provides a complete picture of every customer; the goal is informed decisions, not false certainty.
- 01
Audit current measurement, consent behavior, event definitions, and business reporting needs.
- 02
Create a measurement plan with meaningful actions, naming conventions, and clear ownership.
- 03
Configure the agreed tags and events, then test real customer journeys for missing or duplicate signals.
- 04
Build focused reporting and explain attribution limits, data quality, and practical next steps.
A few good questions
Let's clear things up.
Is Google Tag Manager the same as Google Analytics?
No. Tag Manager helps deploy and manage tags; Google Analytics collects and reports configured analytics data. Installing a Tag Manager container does not automatically configure Analytics or advertising conversions.
Can you track forms and phone calls?
Form completion and click-to-call events can be measured with an appropriate setup. Recording an actual connected phone call may require a separate call-tracking service. We distinguish these outcomes in the measurement plan.
Will tracking capture every visitor?
No. Consent choices, browser protections, ad blockers, and cross-device journeys create gaps. We explain those limits and configure measurement responsibly rather than promising complete visibility or legal compliance from a tool alone.
